Samane Vignaket

Lieutenant General Samane Vignaket (born March 3, 1927 in Attapu) is a former President of the National Assembly of Laos,^[1] who is now in charge of ideological and cultural works of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP).^[2] He is a member of the LPRP Politburo.^[2]
